SitePREP is a mobile application designed to streamline the process of creating comprehensive field reports using photo documentation. Originally developed by civil engineers who identified a need for efficient tools to document project sites accurately while out in the field.

Through SitePREP, professionals such as engineers, inspectors, public safety officers, and contractors can easily capture environmental conditions and record essential data by taking photos and annotating them with specific notes, observations, measurements, and tasks directly at the project location. The app automatically tags each photo with metadata like GPS location and direction, and presents them on a satellite map for contextual reference.

Upon completing data collection, users can compile these photos with accompanying details into a report document ready for distribution. These reports can be shared instantly via email from the mobile device or exported to popular word processing software for further customization and dissemination.
